Word from Mum' II and III, you don't need me to tell you how proud I am that my Mum is
contributing towards this website! I hope this piece blesses you. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Our heavenly birthright was bought with a price, namely - the precious blood of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at Calvary. James 2 verse 5 declares that God chose the poor of this world rich in faith to be heirs of the Kingdom which He has promised to them that love Him. We as Christian cannot afford to forfeit such a promise. If we do, we will inherit eternal hell and damnation. Let us not be like Esau who forfeited his birthright to his brother Jacob for bread and lentil soup (Genesis 25 verses 29-34). In the beginning God created Adam and Eve for fellowship with Him. They lost this fellowship /companionship when they yielded to Satan's trickery and temptation. Restoration and reconciliation came through the death of Jesus Christ at Calvary. Jesus rose triumphantly from the grave. He conquered sin, hell and the grave; man has been redeemed by this resurrection power. We have been reconnected to God the Heavenly Father. In St John 10 verse 10 - Jesus declared that He came that we may have life and have it more abundantly, but the devil came to steal, kill and destroy. What is your status in Christ Jesus? If you are not a Christian, seek Jesus today. Confess your sins, ask Jesus to forgive you. Put your hand in His and ask Him to control your life. He will also be your friend. If you have already given your life to Jesus, be strong and resolute; do not waver (1 Peter 5 verse 8). God will strengthen you. Remember - stay connected to Jesus Christ. You have a choice - be heir of a Heavenly Promise or heir of hell and eternal damnation.
